Founded HydroZōn in 2022 as a civil engineering consulting firm specializing in dams, levees, and hydraulic engineering. HydroZōn serves dam owners by helping them solve the technical and regulatory challenges related to owning and maintaining safe dams.

Assistant Professor of Engineering, Anderson University

Training the next generation of engineers who will impact the world for good.  Teaching Engineering Senior Design course as well as Humanitarian Engineering, Statics, Dynamics, Fluid Mechanics, and Intro to Mechanical and Civil Engineering.

Served as Director of Engineering Department with a technical staff of approximately 15 people from 2013 until 2017.  Responsible for leading department and all phases of project acquisition, development, and execution.  Implemented rigorous Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) process while simultaneously increasing department utilization rates and project profitability. Mentored project managers and engineers to develop a culture of technical excellence and successful project management.  Projects focused on a diverse range of water resources projects including dams and levees, flood risk reduction, and stormwater master planning.
